Sometimes doing nothing is doing something.

It really is.

When it comes to work-life balance, it’s different for everyone.

I’ve coached all sorts of different kinds of people over the years, and not one person has had the same version of balance as another person.

For some, it’s working really hard during the week, and playing lots on the weekend. For others, it’s all about integrating balance throughout the day. And for others, they love to take an entire day or weekend away from everyone else and dedicate that to their balance or replenishment.

Whatever balance means to you, do that.

And hey, if it’s doing nothing, then that’s doing something.
